The relevant matters are announced as follows:

        I. Multimodal transport cargoes and import and export cargoes that need to be transported within the territory of the country with the entire transport bill, the consignees and consignors may apply to the customs for handling the intermodal transport procedures, and the relevant formalities shall be handled in accordance with the mode of transit transshipment Handle.

        Second, the import of solid waste to meet the following conditions, approved by the Customs, the consignor and consignor may apply for customs clearance procedures, to carry out transit transport:

        (I) Waste paper and scrap metal entering the country in accordance with the mode of water and water transport.

        (B) the entry of goods into the designated import of solid waste ports.

        4.         Sixth, the provisions of other customs inconsistent with this announcement, this announcement shall prevail.

        VII. The contents of this announcement shall come into force on January 1, 2018.
